self leveling urethane with a service life of 8-10 years. we grind the joint walls or *power wash 

(*Additional cost)for long term adhesion, 

fill with foam backer rod or sand and add sealant at a depth of 2:1 

(1" joint requires 1/2" Depth of Sealant)

 Cool Deck Is sprayed with a thin base coat, with a second knock down  textured coat...The Base coat wears out fast and holds mold &  Mildew, we clean and re-coat the surface to bring  a vibrant fresh new  look...You can even change the color, we carry 15 color options to coat  pool decks, patios or sidewalks...Acrylics are a 2 in 1 benefit, not  only Can we color your concrete with acrylics but our coating is also a  sealant that does not allow water penetration. Acrylics do not hold mold  or mildew. 

 We start by grinding out all cracks and joints,  We then Power wash the  surface with our proprietary cleaning solutions. We protect other areas  from staining with our materials. Seal all cracks and stuff joints with  backer rod to keep concrete material out! apply the Base coat. we trowel our unique texture system on by hand, giving every coating we  do it's own unique surface. After curing we apply a 100% Acrylic  concrete coating with 15 color options. Our technique is a different  METHOD from the common spray deck systems seen on every pool deck in  your neighborhood! Be different!  we can even engrave grout lines for a  more unique look!
