No Warranty or guarantee on Minor Concrete Cracks

What is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, Includes coverage for replacement of sealant materials which fail to achieve water tight seal, exhibit loss of adhesion or cohesion, or do not cure, with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for two years(Mastic) five years(Silicone)from the date your Project is installed.

What is not covered
Warranty Exclusions: Failure resulting from excess movement, concrete shrinkage, structural cracks
or defects, faulty construction, faulty design, faulty materials (other than joint sealants, top coat), improper
installation, misuse of structure, settlement, or accident, fire, or other casualty or physical damage. This warranty does not cover any drainage issues after product installation.This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by any harsh chemical spills. This warranty does not cover clean up if mastic is stepped in by residents or pets, with in the first 24hrs. (service fee may apply for clean up and repairs) SEALTECHS will tape off  most areas to prevent traffic flow.We do not warranty color variance from color charts! The final cured color of the actual product may vary!

What SEALTECHS Will Do
Sealtechs will repair any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, SEALTECHS will either replace your product with new product or refund the purchase price of the non repairable area.

How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The Mastic/Silicone has a Service life between 5 to 20 years, after the warranty expires and the Mastic/Silicone becomes damaged in any way, we are able to repair or replace the damaged area for a our standard service fee!                      SEALTECHS was contracted to seal up the expansion joints in your deck/drive/walkway/parking lot and Pool *We use a rubber epoxy sealant called Mastic/Silicone that will setup over 12 to 24 hours depending on the temperature. Please note that it’s normal to be slightly tacky to the touch until it cures over several sunny days.    It’s fine to resume any activities after 24 hours in most situations.The Mastic/Silicone is very durable at tempertures at -40 degrees F and up tp 180 degrees F!
