Limited Warranty 

Two Year (2)Year Limited Warranty On Sealant Installation 

Two Year (2) Year Limited Warranty On all concrete coatings, Epoxy and Acrylic Top Coats 

If sealant is installed properly it should last up to ten(10)Years or more (some cracking and aging will appear) 

if sealant is going to fail due to workmanship it will fail within the first 6 months to 1 Year! Your Covered!

 This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, Includes coverage for replacement of sealant or concrete coating products which fail to achieve water tight seal, exhibit loss of adhesion or cohesion, or do not cure, with the exceptions stated below. 

How Long Coverage Lasts

This warranty runs for two years(Mastic) two years (concrete coatings, Epoxy & Acrylic top coats)from the date your Project is installed. Concrete pouring is covered for workmanship and no guarantee on minor concrete cracks.  warranty does not cover misuse of structure, settlement, concrete movement, accidents, fire, or other casualty or physical damage. 

This warranty does not cover any drainage issues after product installation. Re-route Down spouts and maintain proper drainage away from concrete. This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by any harsh chemical spills and of course aging. This warranty does not cover clean up if mastic is stepped in by residents, contractors or pets, with in the first 24hrs. (service fee may apply for clean up and repairs)

 will tape off Traffic  areas to prevent traffic flow. After 24hrs, Please throw away the caution tape as we do not come back for this purpose. Thank you your understanding. We do not warranty color variance from color charts!  The final color of the actual product may vary!

SEALTECHS will repair any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, SEALTECHS will  refund the purchase price of the non repairable area.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The Sealant has a Service life between 8 to 20 years, after the warranty expires and the Sealant becomes damaged in any way, we are able to repair or replace the damaged area for a service fee!
