In 2011, Scott Started HCS or Houston Concrete Solutions.

Scott's success story is a testament to the power of honesty and hard work in building a thriving business. By prioritizing these values and relying on client referrals as the primary source of growth, Scott was able to create a strong and sustainable company. 

1. Founding the Company: Scott  started his business with a clear vision and a commitment to honesty and hard work from day one. Whether it was a product-based or service-based business, his focus on delivering value and maintaining transparency set the foundation for success.
2. Client-Centric Approach: Scott understood that happy clients are the best advocates for a business. He prioritized providing exceptional service or products to every client. This not only ensured their satisfaction but also encouraged them to refer others to his company.

 In 2021, Scott experienced a mild stroke that led to his retirement from  physically demanding outdoor labor. In response to this life-changing  event, Mark, his older brother, teamed up with Scott to launch the Brand  of Brothers initiative. 

 Mark, Built Mastic Masters from the ground up starting in 2007, The Company was doing almost 1 million a year by  2016. Mark relinquished ownership of  the company in 2016 to pursue new ventures. Mark played a pioneering  role in introducing expansion joint replacement to the broader  residential market, establishing the standards and methodologies that  are now locally adopted by expansion joint crews and companies through out the Houston and surrounding areas. This strategic move aimed to  enhance our market presence. While we may not be the most bustling or  expensive company, we proudly stand out as a team with unparalleled  expertise in our craft.
